Bingo cheats on no stairway to Heaven!

We say shame on anyone who tries to take advantage of the good nature of bingo gaming – but the game of good will has turned a little sour in Sunderland, thanks to a scam that it thought to have robbed gamers of around £10,000 in scammed winnings. According to reports coming out of the town's Gala Bingo parlour, a bingo caller has been accused of setting-up a scam that rigged the machine to deliver specific bingo numbers.

Then – the partner of the accused is speculated to have used rigged tickets guarantee winning tickets. When she kept winning, things became a little suspicious, but fortunately the two were left feeling like two ugly ducks when the management caught them out and went bingo bonkers! At present, the police have not been called in to join the bingo scam investigation and the company are dealing with the matter internally.

One advantage of web bingo is that the random number generators are controlled via large computers and are thought to be more fraud resilient than offline bingo spinners; as yet, the fully-regulated online bingo market has not been linked to anything but 100% fair gaming. Of course, this incident is very rare in any bingo parlour offline too – but always keep your eyes peeled!
